Meet Charlie Roter
With over 20 years of experience in the housing industry in strategic sales and marketing roles, Charlie Roter, has worked with many major home building companies developing and communicating their company’s vision and strategy through training, positioning, branding, and associated growth initiatives.
Charlie has effectively managed sales and marketing efforts in different areas of the country including Texas, California and Colorado. Customer focused, Charlie believes in setting strategic direction and helping sales teams learn and grow.
Working with Division Presidents nationwide, Charlie has analyzed performance gaps in customer satisfaction involving sales, marketing and design center staff as well as restructuring pricing profitability. Not surprisingly, Charlie won the MAME Award for “Best Marketing Director of 2007” from the Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Region Home Building Association. He also was a McSam Awards Finalist for “Sales Manager of the Year” in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 1998 and 1999.
